Safety & Ingredients

Are Puptails safe for all dogs?

Absolutely. Every Puptail is made with 100% human‑food–grade ingredients, is vet‑approved, and contains no alcohol, no nasties, no artificial colours or preservatives. If your dog has sensitivities, feel free to show the ingredients to your vet. Puptails are designed for even the fussiest pups!

Can puppies drink Puptails?

Yes — puppies deserve a Yappy Hour too! Puptails are safe for pups over 12 weeks, but always start with a small amount to let their tiny tummies adjust.

What exactly goes into a Puptail?

Only the good stuff. Each Puptail is crafted with:

- 100% human‑grade ingredients

- Coconut water or beef or chick broth bases (depending on puptail)

- Functional ingredients like probiotics, L‑theanine, omega‑3s or gut‑friendly nutrients

- No alcohol. No sugar. No questionable ingredients.

Are there any health benefits to Puptails?

Yes! Every Puptail offers healthy hydration PLUS an added functional benefit.

Each flavour includes a targeted wellness boost, such as skin & coat support, gut health, calming ingredients, or overall hydration.

Think of it as a liquid treat that actually does something good!

Can humans drink Puptails?

You technically could. All Puptails are 100% human-grade but they’re formulated for dogs! We promise they taste much better to your four-legged bestie.

Is Puptails vet approved?

Yes! Puptails are vet endorsed by Dr Kate Adams (Bondi vet), who has reviewed and approved every ingredient. Your dog is sipping safely.

Serving & Rituals

How often can I give my dog a Puptail?

Puptails are a treat‑based drink, perfect for daily Yappy Hour, weekends, or whenever your dog deserves a little extra fun. One pouch a day is ideal for most dogs.

How do I serve a Puptail?

Three delicious ways:

1. Room temp — perfect for on‑the‑go.

2. Chilled — the ultimate summer vibe.

3. Frozen — in a Society Mat or mould for a long‑lasting treat.

You can also pour it over your dog's food as a topper.

Can Puptails replace water?

No — they’re a fun, hydrating treat, not a water replacement. Always keep fresh water available.

How many servings are in a Puptail?

Each 150ml Puptail gives:

• 3-4 servings for small dogs
• 1-2 servings for medium and large dogs

Our 75ml Yappy Hour Sampler Puptails are exactly half the size, so simply halve the serving amounts:

• 1-2 servings for small dogs
• 0.5-1 serving for medium and large dogs

Dogs with big personalities may request refills!

How do I know what serving size is right for my dog?

Small dogs ≤ 10kg
Medium dogs 10-25kg
Large dogs ≥ 25kg

Storage & Shelf Life

How should I store Puptails?

Keep unopened pouches in the pantry for up to 18 months. Once opened, refrigerate and use within 7 days.

Do Puptails need to be refrigerated before opening?

No — all Puptails are shelf‑stable. Chill only if your pup prefers them cold.

Shipping & Returns

How long does shipping take?

Orders ship within 1–2 business days

Australia: 2–7 business days

New Zealand: 5–12 business days

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes — free shipping on orders over $80 within Australia.

NZ shipping is calculated at checkout.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes! We currently ship to New Zealand with plans to welcome more pups to the Society worldwide soon.

What is your returns policy?

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on consumable products.

If something isn’t right, you may discard the product and we’ll refund you (minus shipping fees).

Can I return an opened pouch?

No — but if there’s an issue, let us know and we’ll make it right with a refund (less shipping).

Can I buy single pouches or mixed packs?

Yes, you can choose to buy individual flavours or buy the yappy hour sampler pack.
