Thank you for shopping with Puptails. We’re excited to send some tail-wagging goodness your way.

 

 

Processing Times

All orders are packed and dispatched within 1–3 business days.

 

During busy periods (launches, holidays, promotions), dispatch times may be slightly longer — but we’ll always do our best to get your order out quickly.


 

Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.


 

Shipping Within Australia

We deliver Australia-wide using trusted carriers.

 

Standard delivery timeframes are typically 2–8 business days, depending on your location.

 

Regional or remote areas may take slightly longer.


 

International Shipping

At this time, we only ship to New Zealand.

 

We’re working on expanding our pawprint globally soon.


 

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive an email with your tracking details so you can follow your delivery every step of the way.


 

Delivery Issues

If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or hasn’t arrived within the expected timeframe, please contact us at support@puptails.com.au within 7 days of delivery.

We’ll help resolve the issue as quickly as possible.


 

Incorrect Address

Please double-check your shipping details at checkout.

 

Puptails is not responsible for delays or lost parcels due to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

 

Shipping During Hot Weather

As Puptails is a liquid pouch product, we recommend collecting your order promptly from your mailbox or doorstep during warmer months.

 

NOTE: We are not responsible for shipping carrier delays.

 

 

 

Return & Refund Policy

At Puptails, we want every experience with our products to be a positive one. Due to the nature of consumable goods, we are unable to accept returns on any Puptails products — even if unopened.

 

If you experience an issue with your order, please contact us at support@puptails.com.au within 7 days of receiving your delivery. Our team will review your request and, where appropriate, offer a refund.

 

Refunds (No Returns Required)

If your order qualifies for a refund, it will be processed back to your original payment method.

Please note:

  • Puptails cannot be returned under any circumstances
  • All refunds are issued less the original freight/shipping cost
  • Refunds may take 3–5 business days to appear in your account depending on your bank

 

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please email us with:

  • Your order number
  • A brief description of the issue
  • Clear photos of the product and packaging

We’ll make it right as quickly as possible.

 

Change of Mind

Because Puptails is a consumable product, we are unable to offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind purchases.


 

Order Cancellations

If your order has not yet been dispatched, we may be able to cancel it. Please reach out to us as soon as possible at support@puptails.com.au.
